4. User Accounts & Security
• Provide accurate, current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. User Responsibilities
Job Seekers: Submit truthful profiles/resumes and apply only to relevant roles.
Employers: Post genuine vacancies with accurate details; do not request unlawful fees from candidates.
All Users: Do not upload harmful, illegal, infringing, or misleading content; do not spam or attempt to disrupt the platform.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
• You retain rights to content you submit but grant Mewar Jobs a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it for service delivery.
• Site design, logos, and platform materials are owned by Sahayata Digital and protected by law. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.
7. Screening & Verification
We may review listings or profiles and may approve/reject/suspend content or accounts to maintain trust and safety, but we do not guarantee screening of every item.
8. Fees & Subscriptions
• Certain features may require paid plans managed by Sahayata Digital.
• Pricing and inclusions may change with notice posted on the site.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. For offline payment enquiries, use the Contact Us section.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing for recruitment purposes.
10. Third-Party Links/Services

11. Prohibited Activities
• Impersonation, data scraping without permission, automated harvesting, reverse engineering, or security testing without consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mewar Jobs/Sahayata Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits, arising from your use of the platform.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Mewar Jobs/Sahayata Digital harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
